Because our products are entirely digital and instantly generated upon payment, all sales are final once a transaction is successfully completed.

We provide a fully functional "Live Preview" feature so you can see exactly how your gift will look and behave before you make any payment.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel or abandon the creation of your digital gift at any time prior to payment without being charged. Once a payment has been processed and the final unique link is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical failure where your payment was deducted but the final link was not generated, please contact us immediately. In such verified cases, our team will manually generate and send you your unique gift link.
